Steven has written food interest pieces for Static Media as part of the Mashed team since 2022. He's been an avid amateur researcher of aliens, ghosts and parapsychology since "Where the Wild Things Are" convinced him monsters were real. His all-consuming passion for film and television with plenty of quirk leads him down some strange rabbit holes, but he always finds something buzzworthy waiting on the other end. He's also written sci-fi, fantasy and speculative novels and illustrates picture books filled with equal parts weirdness, humor, and heart.
